Our capability
Point CNC Limited employs modern CNC machine tools to produce a wide variety of precision machined components at premium quality and economic cost.
The majority of our work is for the medical, aerospace, defence and communications sectors; we also manufacture components and sub-assemblies for high precision surveillance and ANPR camera systems in use by police forces, security agencies and rescue services in many parts of the world. We machine high technology parts for Motorsport and for specialist road cars.
Short lead times and low volume parts are generally no problem. We thrive on ‘one-offs’ that develop into production items. We are able to offer a design and build capability for special purpose machinery as well as assembly and finishing. Our aim is to give our clients a one stop shop from design to despatch.
All our YCMs have Heidenhain 530i controls for superior surface finish, accuracy and processing speed when surfacing in 3, 4 or 5 axis.
Point CNC maintains modern machine tools; we have a policy of keeping machines up to date, to add to or replace them to meet new capacity or customers’ changing needs. YMT Limited supply the majority of our equipment and respond within 24hrs should a service issue arise.
