Quality Inspector

Point CNC Limited are currently looking to recruit a Quality Inspector. 

What will I do as a Quality Inspector at Point CNC Limited?

Being responsible for the quality of products released by the company. Performing tests to verify quality of products before they get sent to Customers/Suppliers.

 

Quality Inspector Job Duties:

• First Off parts;
• Liaising with Shopfloor & monitoring the production and doing periodic Quality Control checks;
• Liaising with Office & Management;
• Working together with Shopfloor/Office to discuss solutions to quality issues
• Satisfying customer expectations about the product's quality;
• Complying with ISO/ASI accreditation requirements;
• Assessing the product's quality by using CMM Machines and creating reports (F.A.I.R’s, CMM Reports, Critical Dimension Reports).

 

Quality Inspector Skills and Qualifications:

Teamwork, Eye for Detail, Thoroughness, Reporting (F.A.I.R’s), Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Reading Specs & drawings, Work well under pressure, Problem Solving, Multi-Tasking, Mechanical Engineering experience, Communication and a good sense of humour.
